I love to sing, and I want to share my joy of singing and its benefits with you. I believe everyone should have an opportunity to raise their natural voice in a non-judgemental environment. Everyone can sing!

 

I am a member of the Natural Voice Network, and trained with Frankie Armstrong and Sarah Harman as a Natural Voice singing leader. 

 

As a qualified teacher, I have facilitated singing with children and young people, including those who have learning and physical disabilities. In residential and day care settings, I have run singing sessions for adults with learning disabilities, mental ill-health, dementia and other health issues, including Singing for the Brain. I have a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

 

I'm a singer-songwriter with the musical duo Rattlebag. Every week, I sing in Sweet Harmony Choir, an acapella community choir based in Carmarthen.

 

As well as writing songs, I enjoy writing fiction and poetry. I have an MA in Creative Writing from Aberystwyth University.
